For dedication: in appreciation of his many years of dedicated service, devotion and commitment to the Town Of Pearisburg and its citizens, the Pearisburg Festival Committee proudly dedicates the 2024 Festival in The Park to Kenneth F. Vittum. As the Town Manager for almost 3 decades Ken was present at each festival during his tenure and was also instrumental in the planning and organizing of the festivals. We thank Ken for his contributions as we dedicate the 2024 festival in the park in his honor.
